Will this replace my receptionist?

Only if you want it to. Most clients keep their human team and use Meun for what humans can't cover — after-hours, overflow, missed calls, weekends. Think of us as your second shift that doesn't sleep.

How does the pricing actually work?

$297/mo USD covers the platform, hosting, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting. Usage (call minutes, SMS, AI processing) is billed separately at pass-through rates. We share a live rate card before you sign anything. No surprises.

What's actually guaranteed?

One thing: your system is built and live within 7 days of you completing onboarding. That's it. Everything else — response speed, conversion lift, payback window — we treat as targets, not promises. We'd rather under-promise and over-deliver than the other way round.

What if the AI doesn't understand a caller?

We set confidence thresholds. If the AI is unsure, the caller is upset, or something feels off, it tags 'NEEDS HUMAN,' alerts your team, and triggers follow-up. AI handles volume. Humans handle the moments that matter.

Other languages?

Bilingual voice pack is available as an add-on. The AI can switch mid-call or start in the caller's language. Sí, hi, oui, etc.

Compliance and recording consent?

We follow AU Privacy Act requirements and the platform handles SMS opt-outs automatically. For call recording, we include a disclosure in the voice agent greeting so callers are notified upfront. Role-based access is configured per client before handover.

Will it work with my existing tools?

Probably. We integrate with tracking numbers, Google LSA/PPC, Meta lead forms, your website forms, calendars, directories, and most CRMs. Each lead source gets a unique number so attribution isn't guesswork.
